Delete your Khelpath account

Option 1: In the app

Open the Khelpath app, go to Settings, and select Delete Account. Confirm the request in the app and your account and associated data will be scheduled for deletion.

Option 2: On the web

Email armaansco@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Include your full name and the email address or phone number registered to the account so we can verify your identity. You do not need the app installed to use this option.

What gets deleted

When your deletion request is processed, the following data is deleted:

• Your account credentials and authentication data.
• Your profile information, including your photo, bio, and athletic details.
• Your applications, connections, and messages.
• Documents and verification records you submitted.
• Usage data and device records tied to your account.

What we may retain

We may retain certain data where we have a legitimate reason, as disclosed in our Privacy Policy:

• Financial, payment, and tax records we are legally required to keep.
• Records needed for fraud prevention, security, and dispute resolution.
• Data subject to a legal hold or regulatory obligation.

Timeline

We verify your request and complete deletion of your account and associated data within 30 days of receiving a verified request. If we need additional information to verify your identity, we will contact you at the email address on file.

Before you delete

Deleting your account is irreversible. If you only want to pause notifications or hide your profile, you can change your profile visibility to Private in the app instead of deleting your account. If you have active contracts or payments, resolve them before requesting deletion.
